What We Do

ACTION Zambia Ministries include Camp Ciyanjano, Children in Crisis, Pastoral Leadership Development, and the CROSS Project which trains churches about the centrality of the Gospel in understanding and reacting to the HIV crisis in Zambia. We also use Camp Ciyanjano and our relationships with local churches to train and disciple youth to become the leaders of the future with the Champs Program. Our desire is to encourage and empower the local church through training and teaching, to do the work of the local church, including caring for the poorest of the poor, responding to the HIV crisis with real medical information, challenging churches to deal with gender-based violence and to bring Gospel hope. Training pastors and church leaders in discipleship and practical courses for pastors to learn how to exegete scripture and preach the good news.

ACTION Zambia exists to glorify God by strengthening local churches and equipping them for ministry in the fulfilment of the God-given Gospel mandates of proclaiming Christ to sinners, ministering to those in need, and discipling the saints to godliness in word and deed.
